Outside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain relationships with clients through networking and attending social events.
– Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
– Present our products and services in a compelling manner to potential clients to close sales.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
– Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Disciplined and high-performance behavior- Proven track record of high-level closing skills and sales performance.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dominant personality.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
– High level of drive, tenacity, and attention to detail in all tasks.
– Previous experience in the insurance or roofing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
